The Boardinghouse Hamburg Apartment040 is a listed apartment building in the central yet quiet district of Hamburg Uhlenhorst. It was built in 1926 and originally used as a telecommunications exchange. Between 2013 and 2014, the Apartmenthaus040 with the traditional Hamburg brick facade was extensively restored and converted into a gem among the serviced apartments in Hamburg.



The 77 lovingly and elegantly furnished apartments with kitchenette offer a retreat with the highest level of comfort. You can use free WiFi in the room.
