You will always receive two key cards upon check-in. These allow you to open both the main entrance door and the door to your apartment. You open the main entrance by holding the card against the square black field below the doorbell on the pillar. Outside of concierge hours, this is the only way into the building, so it's best to always carry a card with you. You will also need the card to turn on the electricity in your apartment: simply insert it into the device next to the entrance door. Upon departure, please return all key cards to the concierge desk or drop them in the mailbox in front of the office.
