Our concept

Past

In the past, messages were sent all over the world from Schrötteringsweg. Today's Apartment040 was once a telegraph office—a historic place where information and messages from all over the world were collected, forwarded, and received.

Messages traveled from here in all directions. The sound of telegraph machines filled the rooms as telegraph operators sent various sequences of characters over the wires with deft fingers. Back then, communication meant not only speed but also precision and reliability – values that the building still embodies today.
