The concierge team is available in person on site from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, and will be happy to answer your questions.
HAMBURG CARD
Would you like to explore Hamburg flexibly and in comfort? Then simply purchase the Hamburg CARD for €12.90 directly from us at reception. It gives you free use of public transport and numerous discounts at popular attractions and activities throughout the city. Just stop by—we always have the Hamburg CARD ready for you.
Parking
You can also rent a limited number of parking spaces with your apartment if you want to combine your extended stay in Hamburg with your own car. Many of your new neighbours in Hamburg Uhlenhorst will envy you this service! Please ask our concierge about it in good time before your stay.
Your personal laundry service
Don’t feel like doing laundry? No problem—our partner Treatly will take care of it for you, reliably and professionally. And the best part: as a guest at Apartment040, you’ll receive an additional 10% off at Treaty. Your clothes will be collected directly from us, cleaned and delivered back to your apartment within three days. Simply enter your clothing details on the Treatly website, select Apartment040 as the collection point, pay online and we’ll take care of the rest.
Cleaning service
Our cleaning staff always ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your serviced apartment in Hamburg, so you can feel at home in your apartment at all times.
The apartments are cleaned weekly, including a change of towels. Our furnished apartments are also provided with fresh bed linen every week, so you can focus completely on your life in the beautiful harbour city.
LAUNDRY ROOM
This is also part of extended-stay living in Hamburg: our Hamburg apartment house has a washing machine and dryer available for washing your personal laundry, for a small fee.
In a separate room, you can use the iron and ironing board and put your shirts and blouses straight back into your wardrobe, wrinkle-free.
Self Check-In
You can check in with complete flexibility, easily and independently of our concierge hours. With our self check-in, you can access your apartment in just a few steps, whenever it suits you best.

To make shopping quick and easy, we recommend the convenient online ordering service from REWE. You don’t even have to wait in person for the delivery service.
